They got it down to a science, the perfect balance of crispiness, cheesyness, saucyness. It's all love for Johnny's New York Pizza on Wadsworth Blvd. Go with the plain cheese, it's all the flavor you need without bogging down that lovey crusty shell with albatross toppins. thin crisp crust, hot melted cheese, perfect amount of not too sweet sauce, like a slice of heaven. never soggy, always consistent. as a constant pizza consumer this is the best i have yet. i crave it constantly. ambience of joint is non-hipster, your typical plastic table style- but pizza will put you in such a trance you don't care. place is clean and usually moderately busy.
